Carbon glass tube is composed of Carbon Glass tubes Twill (or Plain) Weave Fabric, Unidirectional Carbon
glass prepreg and epoxy resin. The tube is firstly table rolled with a mandrel of certain diameter and length.Then put into the oven of high temperature for thermoset process. To reach high precision, the carbon glass tube are usually ground and then put onto the epoxy spray if Glossy shinny finish needed.
Carbon Fiber material is commonly used wherever a high strength-to-weight ratio and rigidity are required
(i.e. aerospace, automotive, sporting goods, robots, quad-copters, and civil engineering).
Other useful properties include its ability to withstand high temperatures and its inertness.
The molecular structure is very stable, giving it a high melting point and making it less likely to react chemically with other substances;
making it useful for components that may be subjected to heat and for applications that require resistance to corrosion.
