Product Description
Higt-Strength Carbon Glass Tubes are not like Glass Fiber Tubes, and that is composed of Carbon Glass tubes Twill (or Plain) Weave Fabric, Unidirectional Carbon , glass prepreg and epoxy resin.
The tube is firstly table rolled with a mandrel of certain diameter and length.Then put into the oven of high temperature for thermoset process. To reach high precision, the Carbon Mixed Glass Tube are usually ground and then put onto the epoxy spray if Glossy shinny finish needed.
Carbon Fiber material is commonly used wherever a high strength-to-weight ratio and rigidity are required
(i.e. aerospace, automotive, sporting goods, robots, quad-copters, and civil engineering).
